Worst in town
Took my 3 year old in to have her look at a rash. She didn't take the time to do some simple diagnostics (scrape it, look under the microscope to determine if it was fungal or not). So we applied a steriod cream that she prescribed which turned the smaller rash into a fully inflamed 2 inch by 2 inch red swollen area. We went to Florida on vacation, and following her instructions, we called her office back. We never got a call back. I had to call in, and when I did, I was notified that she had called in a $50 cream to treat a fungal infection (but hadn't called us). However, there were generics available for less than half that cost. I called back again asking for the doctor to call me back, and her office manager hung up on me, after arguing with me about how she and the Medical Assistant handles all call backs. I merely wanted the doctor to call me back, but she wouldn't give me the chance. I never did get a call back from the doctor.
What a horrible experience....
