Well I am surprized at some of the strong negative comments about this company. I can not say enough nice things about them. Now I didn't purchase a motorcycle but I did purchase a Pressure Washer from them. They quoted me a price and it was exactly as advertised. I ordered the unit and it was there in just four days. Now if I had purchased from Lowes, Home Depot or Northern Tool I would have gotten a box and hopefully some help loading it in my truck, with putting it together and doing all the service myself. They put the unit together serviced it, tested it and put it in my truck for me, all at not extra charge. What else can I say but my experience was excellent and I am going to go there for any pressure washer service.

Terrible experience! I brought my four wheeler in for service and when I went to pick it up, I noticed my seat was torn on both corners, which was not there before I took it in. The seat looks like they had taken it out riding on the weekends! I brought it up to the service manager, who then denied that they had damaged the seat. I was referred to the cashier and the General Manager Clint Strickland who I showed a picture of the seat with no damage, and he also denied fault with no resolve. Based on my experience I would not trust purchasing nor servicing at this facility.

This place ROCKS with a capital "R". I newly purchased my 2004 Honda 750 Aero from a charity organization and brought her in for a once over. Chris, Adam, Judy, and EVERY single person I spoke with were absolutely amazing. Being a New rider, I did not feel me being a Novice mattered to them and they were extremely gracious about answering all of my questions and getting me on my way with my bike in tip top condition. Another example of their extreme customer service is that when I picked up my bike and rode about 1 mile down the road I had unfortunately ran over a construction nail and was stuck(safely thankfully) on the side of the road. This had nothing to do with their service. This was just a fluke thing that happens. I called LHY to see if they had any suggestions and they sent their van with trailer to get me. Brought me back to the shop and fixed my tube and had me back on my way again. They didn't charge extra for picking me up and just offered it as a fantastic gesture. I am thrilled with my experience at LHY and hope you have the opportunity to work with these guys in the near future. Looking forward to lots of riding time with my Honda 750 Shadow. Thanks LHY!!!!

My husband and I went to look at Goldwings. We were quoted a price for a bike. When we went back a little over a week later, they would no longer honor their price and wanted over $250 more than the original quote!! Very funny considering they have the exact same bike for sale on the web at the price that we were originally quoted. These are not honorable people. As a businesswoman, I would never dishonor a quoted price. We will never deal with them again.

Do not go here for mechanical service, which is worse than their sales department. Took my bike in because it would not idle. Gave them explicit details of my bikes history. After almost a week of sitting outside, they finally diagnose. First guy tells me the carbs need to be recleaned and I have dirty feul which needs the gas tank drained and cleaned. When I tell them it had fresh gas and carbs cleaned 3 months ago, story is now that the jets are plugged and gas just smells bad. I tell him gas is only two weeks old with stabilizer. He say's, "oh, it must be the stabilizer I smell". Are you kidding me? I have to call back to find out my bike is ready and the guy tells me that the battery I purchased six months ago is dead and my headlights don't work. I tell them the headlights and battery was working when I brought it and their attitude was so what. Before I sign the work order, I state that the headlights were working when I brought it into the shop. Both the store manager and service manager yell at me and tells me to leave the store. I will be contacting both Honda and Yamaha, possibly the Attorny General.

Today is Tuesday July 8. After getting in touch with the Manager of the Dealership, I learned that he was actually there during all of our problems. We specifically asked for the Manager, and was told he was not there. After speaking with him I believe he was not aware of the situation created by a "rookie" salesman, nice guy but only on the floor one week, and his sales manager. The GM admitted that they did drop the ball on this. He was very apologetic. I had not closed the deal with the other dealer yet, so I made an offer to them to match the other on price and have the culprits of this situation deliver it to Savannah and I would have a cashiers check waiting on them. The GM checked my story with the price from HONDA OF RUSSELLVILLE AR and verified that I can buy it for 600 bucks less there. He advised me he discussed this with his "Bosses" (Owners) and they chose not to accept my proposal to resolve this issue. Oh well, I did give them the chance. 600 bucks apart! Seem the original post has been lost. in short. I drove from Savannah to Lawrenceville to pick a bike that was to be ready via charge to creditcard, offered to bring cashiers check, told not necessary, only to be told at the dealership they could not take my business check till it could be verified.

This dealer had a used scooter on their website for $200 less than they would sell it to me. When pointed out, the sales manager agreed to the lower price and, after another 30 minutes, came to me to say that the owner said no and I'd have to pay the higher price. I returned some accessories I had bought for my bike - which were $10 over MSRP - and bought online for $27 less. This dealer will skin you at every opportunity. Buy at your own risk!

Warning Lawrenceville Honda Yamaha has a great selection of bikes and also great prices, but their customer service sucks. I searched high and low for the best prices on a new 2007 CBR1000 and found that they had the best prices in the Atlanta area. So I made a couple of visits to Lawrenceville HY and looked at their selection and spoke to a few salespeople. On May 9, 2007, me and the wifey went to LHY and talked to a salesman. He began his hipressure sales pitch and wanted me to leave a deposit. I left the store without doing this, but the salesman chased me out and asked what he could do to earn my bizness. I left a deposit and told Jeff of my intention to pick bike up in a couple of months. I changed my mind, by this time Jeff no longer worked there. Kevin (Sales mgr) agreed to give me my deposit back, he asked me to fax cc info so he could return deposit. A week passed and partial deposit was put back on CC. I called to ask about remaining deposit and he said they would be sending it through the mail. A week passed and nothing, so I called and Kevin said the owner had decide not to give me my money back. Instead they would allow me to use it as store credit , good for one year from intial deposit. Called this week and Wendy Sue told me that Kevin no longer worked there but had left a not saying my credit would expire January 30, 2007. Called back and spoke to Wendy about this and she told me to sue them, that they don't care.
