All I can say is this was the BEST dental experience I have ever had from the time I stepped foot in the door til the time I stepped out the door... EVERYONE was very professional, friendly and helpful in all ways. All I can say is go and try it out for YOURSELF!!!!!!

The Dentist Shabana Erattuparambil saw me jan 2011. I was in this office from 11:15 am till 6:20pm. Con- artist. Yes, they were suppose to do a cleaning and also do repair to a chipped tooth. Liers did not complete the work of a root canal and crown buildup lied to insurance company filed stating they completed work and did not. Uses this mess of some kind of treatment plan 80.00 if you are a diabetic you will die. This is not meant for everyone. In otherwords, they are in the process of having fraud filed on my behalf with my insurance company filing with the better business bureau. Also filing a lawsuit with a major attorney's office. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

When calling this office I was greeted with a great knowledgeable staff member by the name of Lena. Any question I asked she was able to help me. I was also transfered to a young lady by the name of Brandy she was the one who took my information and made my appt. she was as well very sweet and make me feel more at ease to come in and spend my money for my dental work. When arriving at the office I was greeted by the OM by the name of Danna she again answered any questions I had and assisted me as needed. The doctor by the name of Dr. Denis was very patient with me as I asked many questions and needed her time. Over all i give this office a great review and will send any and all family members there...

I have gone to this place a few times and have been happy with the care and price. However, at my last appointment, they left me sitting in a chair for more than 45 minutes without saying a word to me. I finally told them I had to leave since I needed to get back to work. They shrugged and said that they had a new patient who needed more work than they expected. I feel like they should have honored my appointment time and let the new patient schedule another appointment for the work he needed. I may go back, but I might not; it's hard for me to get time off for dental appointments and I can't afford to sit around waiting for them to remember I am there. UPDATE: So for some stupid reason I kept going back. There was a problem with almost every appointment. Twice they called me the day of the appointment to cancel; once more I waited over an hour in the waiting room and then finally had to leave without seeing anyone. So what then happens when I miss an appointment? They charge me a $60 missed appointment fee that they then promptly jack up to $85 when it wasn't paid immediately. When I called to pay it, but took a minute to tell them how ridiculous that fee was before I gave them the credit card number, the lady simply said SHE thought they were very fair in their policies, then said they really couldn't do anything about their billing anyway because it's all handled by a parent company out-of-state, and then she hung up on me. Needless to say, I am done with them.

It all started when I called to inquire about services since I do not have dental insurance. Talk about a 1st impression. Everyone I talked to on the phone and in the office were very polite and professional. The atmosphere of this office is very calming. Dr. Denis took her time to explain the type of treatment I needed and also let me know what my options were and that all my treatment could be done in stages. They also offer 0% interest financing up to 18 months, which was great for me in my situation. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone. Give them a call there number is 770-491-1132.

I went to this clinic for regular cleanings from 2002 through 2006. I loved the quality of service I received from the dentists and dental assistants. I had a couple of minor issues with the staff. They once didn't call me to let me know I should reschedule an appointments because the dentist was going to be out. And they once had their dentist who wasn't on my dental plan treat me, which caused a billing problem, although they eventually sorted it out.
