We've been taking our three small dogs to Lawrenceville Suwanee Animal Hospital for at least 10 years. I have only positive experiences whether dealing with yearly check ups, dental cleanings, pet neutering or any other issue. I would recommend Dr. Karous and her staff to anyone looking for quality veterinary care where the animals and their "parents" are treated genuine caring and kindness and first rate medical attention. ***** An update 4/2015 Under new ownership of Dr. Lee Pope, LSAH continues to be a wonderful animal hospital. Dr. Pope and his entire staff provide wonderful health care to our 4 legged babies with gentleness, kindness and compassion. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We've been going to this vet for a few years now, and I don't know if it's once they were bought by VCA, but they have just gotten more and more expensive. We are having to find a new vet because of it.

We always welcome feedback from our clients, but this review was for another hospital. We have not been bought by VCA, but there are other hospitals in the surrounding area that are VCA.
Dr. Karous from Lawrenceville Suwanee Animal Hospital has been our vet since 1996. Dr. Karous and her staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They sincerely care about all of the pets in their care. We would recommend them to anyone.

I have had my pets cared for at Lawrenceville-Suwanee Animal Hospital for more than 12 years. I live in Duluth, GA and LSAH is located in Lawrenceville. There are a number of other veterinary clinics much closer to my home but the care my pets have received at LSAH make the extra mileage worthwhile. I am very much a dog lover and I know that sentiment is shared with the personnel at LSAH. I have an older German Shepherd and Dr Karous and her staff have always treated her as a family member. We have always received prompt attention and all of our questions and concerns have been addressed thoroughly. Following any treatment or procedure the staff always calls a few days later just to check on my pet. I believe the services are fair and reasonably priced and I feel very confident entrusting the care of my best friend to LSAH. I highly recommend LSAH for your veterinary needs. I'm confident you will be as satisfied as I am.
Truly a genuine practice, the staff are friendly and care about the health and welfare of animals. I love the fact that no matter who you speak with, everyone is smiling and happy, which speaks volumes. My dog is never afraid, when we go in for a visit, which is what I have experienced in the past.
I have taken many pets to LSAH since the 1980s. Every member of the staff is professional and caring of pets and owners alike. They give a follow-up call a couple of days after they treat your pet to check that everything is ok. Dr. Karous, the tech staff, and the front office people are friendly and knowledgeable.
From the first face I saw at the front desk, to the service that my pet recieved,LSAH was a pleasant experience, professional, and compassionate. Dr. Karous was very patient, thorough and kind. I'd could tell that this is more than a job to Dr. Karous - she truly cares.

My husband and I took our 12 year old dog in to LSAH for the first time yesterday. We were listened to and most importantly, our dog was treated with love and tenderness that you don't see often anymore in vet's offices. Dr. Karous and her staff are genuinely caring and professional. We'll be using LSAH as our primary vet now for our 3 dogs and 3 cats.

My two sons hamster was in serious distress with its pouch actually severed from its mouth. We took it there at 1am thinking it would be put down. After an exam we were told it could be surgically repaired. I thought "yea right" to my surprise and delight it was and postponed me dealing with the death of my 9 and 11 year olds first pet. Due to its extreme age it wasnt expected to make it for long. Unfortunately today is the day. Much longer than we were told would be the case. But that in no way diminishes the amazing work done by LV Animal Hospital. I will take all my pets there. Highly recommended.

My darling cat,Miss Whiskey, has been cared for by this veterarian group since I got her 1-1/4 years ago from a rescue group. They are most caring and have handled her care with courteous service, caring, and intelligence one could possibly have. All of the staff really love animals. They are there for your pet and want them to be happy and healthy. I cannot say enough about their servie to me and my Calico cat. She actually doesn't mind visiting them. I also feel that the amount charged is equal to the value received. My animal is my friend and she must trust me for her care.

LVAH has been caring for my pets for four years plus. Due to old age, both of my dogs passed away during that time. My dear weimaraner most recently passed. These folks were so helpful and compassionate during a very difficult time. I felt they used good judgement in caring for both dogs and that they eased their last days so we could enjoy them at home until the time came to say good-bye. I still have my cat and will continue to use their services and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I have been taking my Daschund to LAH for 14 years. They vets there are caring professionals. They are a bit pricey on the meds but they know what they are talking about.

We have 4 cats that we used to bring here. The vets are OK, some more personable than others. Same with the assistants. We've since moved on to another vet.
