This place has got to be THE WORST place to get your nails done. When I walked in there, there were a bunch of workers sitting around that looked up and stared at me. There was no greeting, no hello, not even a smile. I picked out my nail color and was wondering where I was supposed to sit. The guy told me chair number 2 So as I walk over there, the lady that is to do my nails appears to hate her job and doesn't want to even talk. During my pedicure, she kept going over the same spot on one of my toes with her tool. It started to hurt and I said ow, she continued and would not stop. I felt my skin tear. I even pulled my foot back; I don't understand what part she didn't understand! And when she gestures you to put the other foot up or wants you to do something she does it so rudely~ I should have gotten the name of the girl. After she charged my card she told me tip can't be included. I guess she didn't want her tip because it took all her breath just to tell me where the closest ATM was. My toes look like I did them myself and the pinky toe wasn't even painted correctly. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE.

I love this place. I never have an appointment, but they are almost always ready and I have very little wait. I go in every two weeks for a pedi and acrylic nail fill in. The spa pedi is awesome . . . ask for Linda! She is the best, but all of the technicians are good, friendly and give you your money's worth.

I drove 10 minutes from my house and passed 4 other salons on the way. It was time and gas money well spent. I read the review here and asked for Ann, but she was out. I got a spa mani/pedi done my Lee (pedi) and Bee (mani). Both did an excellent job on my natural nails, and now I'm convinced I've been missing out on manicures. Both ladies were friendly, helpful, and focused on the job. The salon was clean with a nice atmosphere. Personally, I liked the lack of those fake plastic hands and the posterboards showing off the designs. Made the place more tasteful. (They offer designs.)

I make it a habit to ask for Ann whenever she is available and I'm in the area. She's extremely nice and welcoming. She even asked if it was OK that she was speaking in her native tongue with her co-workers. That's a first for me. The stations are always clean and the pedicure chairs are comfortable. Highly recommended.
