My family has used the Grooming Gallery for over ten years and have always been pleased with their care and attention to our dogs. We have tried groomers closer to where we live, but that has resulted in the dogs getting cut. When you walk into the Grooming Gallery, the staff recognizes you and your pet. We could not ask for a better groomer and will continue to use Brenda and her staff.

Brenda has been grooming our dog for over a year. We switched to her after our dog was cut during a grooming at a Petsmart. She was/is very patient with our timid dog. I've actually walked into the back, and observed her clipping and caring for the dogs of others. She is both kind and skilled at what she does. I'm very pleased.

I have used her and they do use those awful cage dryers. You can see the dogs panting in their cages while heat is directed at them. If you choose to go there after reading this caution, take a look beyond the first room you see near the entrance. And She cut every toenail on my dogs back feet. Spots of blood continued to appear even the next morning. You decide now.

My two Shih Tzu's do not like to be groomed. I know that my dogs are difficult, so I interviewed various groomers in the area before choosing The Grooming Gallery. After a 45 minute phone conversation with one of the groomers there, I decided to give them a try - feeling assured that they would take their time and not leave my dogs with any injuries. I specifically waited and took my dogs in on a slow day so they could give the appropriate attention to my guys. When I dropped my dogs off, I again reminded the groomer about their nail sensitivity and told her not to cut them if there may be risk of injury or discomfort. My dogs were ready in less than 3 hours and when I picked them up the groomers were not even there for me to ask questions. When I got home, one of my dog's nail had been cut so short that I couldn't get the bleeding under control and ended up at the vet. The other dog had a sore in his ear that took a couple days to heal. As for the rest of the grooming - they didn't do much and I now have to take my dogs to another groomer to get trimmed down some more and have the hair removed from their paw pads. In the end I found out that the groomer I had the conversation with wasn't even the groomer who worked on my dogs. Bad service!

Leader of the Pack is LUCKY to have aligned with Brenda and The Grooming Gallery. What a great combination of services Leader of the Pack can now offer their customers. Brenda is a highly skilled groomer who uses the best quality techniques for bathing, drying, combing out, and then grooming the dogs. No short cuts. This is NOT your cage drying churn and burn sweat shop like the big chain stores offer. Brenda and her loyal staff use old school methods that yield excellent results every time. Clients have been bringing their dogs to The Grooming Gallery for generations. This is the REAL DEAL. Your dog or cat will be treated humanely and with love. I have been a happy customer for 20 years and some 8 dogs.
