I contacted Beldon distributor through Costco and it was one of my worst experience. I have no further interest in doing any business or recommending them to anyone. I got an estimate (which is a joke) from Bill (sales) with no itemization but just scribbled high level numbers on the quote. My neighbor with similar home size got it installed for $3,700 couple of year earlier by them, and same quote on my home was $5,500 to $6,200. When I tried to reach out for itemization of the quote and in email, I never got a response. If you can't put the quote in writing, there is no point in doing business. I am filing complaint with local Costco store also.

Won't work on a steep pitched roof. Water overshoots completely, even though their recorded message says "will handle 2 feet of rain per hour". That is completely false advertising. Customer service terrible. I've been calling for months and have yet to get someone at my house. Said i was told my roof would be a problem when they installed, but I certainly wouldn't have installed if they had told me that! These are the most expensive gutters on the market and now I have to rip them off and put the old fashioned type back on to stop the leaking into areas that the overflow is hitting on the roof below! Incredible this could be the best on the market.

I am shocked, we were told by a handyman that we needed new, bigger gutters. Imagine our surprise when Chris Aaron from Leaf Guard told us we didn't. And that yes, we had a couple trouble spots, but then Chris spent considerably time walking around our large home and told us exactly where those spots were, and how to take care of them ourselves. If, and when, we do need gutters, I'm calling Leaf Guard.

LeafGuard did a fantastic job replacing the gutters on my 10-year-old home. My old stained, loose gutters have been replaced with a great looking, well-designed product that's been sturdy enough to hold up to recent storms and wind, while keeping the leaves out. It's a relief to know that I never have to climb up and clean my gutters ever again. From Chris, who explained the system, to the installation crew, who kept my yard clean during the whole process, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I have had my Leaf Guard gutters for a little over two years now. Prior to that I had maintenance free gutters from Empire Today, which I would never recommend because of problems with Empire honoring their warranty and due to the possible insolvency of Empire Today. While the Leaf Guard system seems to be better than conventional gutters so far aside from their high cost, they are definitely not the clog product they are advertised as being. I have had my Leaf Guard gutters clog each year. It is simply not physically possible to keep pine needles, acorns and small leaves and twigs out of the gutter no matter what Leaf Guard's claims say, period! With that said, so long as I do not have to bear the cost of having my Leaf Guard gutters cleaned, I am willing to life with the minimal inconvenience of having to schedule a gutter cleaning every year. Service however has been far less than stellar. Once a clog is detected, it may take a week or two to before a technician can be scheduled to come to your home. Most recently, I had a disconcerting customer service experience after the technician failed to show up within the four hour time window, as scheduled. I gave the technician every benefit of the doubt prior to contacting Leaf Guard after waiting almost three hours past the expiration of the time window. There was never a phone call to explain, apologize or reschedule. I did contact the Leaf Guard office, I was told it would be nearly a week before a reschedule.

Like the last poster, I was quite unhappy with the clean up that my crew did. Nails were left throughout the property posing a safety risk to my child. They could have easily used a magnetic sweep to pick these up (I eventually learned that they actually own but keep it in their warehouse). We had a few small issues with the installation which they came back and corrected within a few weeks. I'm amazed how well the gutters work. Just be sure you understand what is covered under the no-clog warranty. IMO, I can't see how a true clog could happen with these gutters. Debris getting caught in the small opening doesn't constitute a clog and is not covered.

I had gutters put on my house about 2 months ago. The gutters work fine, but I would not recommend this company to any one! The service crew left debris and screws all over my yard. I am still finding 4 inch screws and pieces of old gutter they failed to remove. Make sure you follow the crew around also they removed my old gutters and failed to fix or caulk the holes. For what I paid for the gutters it really wasn't worth it! Try another company!!!!

LeafGuard really does have the best designed gutter system. They did a quality, professional installation in one day for a very good price. I would highly recomend this gutter/ this company to anyone who wants a lifetime gutter that protects the home and makes sure you never have to climb a latter to clean a gutter again. Thanks LeafGuard.

I called Elissa at LeafGuard on April 9, 2007, after thinking about LeafGuard for over ten years. The front gutter was falling and dumping water on whoever came out of the front door. To give me an estimate, JR was here witnin an hour of my calling Elissa. Our long awaited gutters were installed on April 23rd in four hours flat. We have had little rain since installation. We are now being accused of causing the major drought in Georgia by installing gutters. We are so proud of our new gutters. After the rain began to fall, the gutters did their job wonderfully well -- except we noticed the water dumping too near the front porch. LeafGuard came immediately to install a "five foot black pipe" to divert the water. The five foot pipe turned out to be at least ten feet. We are super pleased with LeafGuard of North Ga and their prompt service.

I've had LeafGuard Gutters on my home for over 10 years. They've been maintenance free and worked well for my home. When I've asked for a cleaning to remove pollen a couple of times, the company has sent someone right away, no questions asked!

We invested in our gutter system about 6 years ago and have NEVER regreted the decision. We recently sustained damage to our home and are asking them to manage the removal and replacement to allow for the contractors to complete the repairs to our home. I will post how this process works out for us. The best thing about these gutters is the absolute peace of mind my husband has knowing that he never needs to worry about 'cleaning the gutters' like he had to growing up in NJ.
