After sale screw up., 1/03/2013

I was in need of new inserts for my couch I purchased from this location. I called spoke with the sales person, gave them my information, told them the inserts I needed. They looked me up and... quoted me a price ran my credit card and sent it over to me. I was told about a month. I called back the next day to see if they could expedite the order and was told they couldn't honor the price it would be double what i was quoted and already paid for. I told them to cancel the order and called back to speak with the manager. He offered no apology or any solution , just give me your credit card number. No solution, no apology, nothing at all. I need another couch, will never shop here again. Great up front service, then it's all over. Run away! I run a business and if my employees make an error we make it right, not blow it off and hope it goes away.

Terrible Customer Service, 10/24/2011

While their furniture is nice, though a bit pricey, don't try to have anything fixed under their warranty. While they claim a Lifetime warranty, and even mention items such as springs, frames, etc... that they will cover, in reality they will NOT cover some of these in the warranty. Their owner, Scott Lobel refuses to deal with customers over the phone and will only respond to emails It seems that they just cover what they feel like covering with their warranty.
