very pleased, 2/16/2012

I,too, like the previous commenter am shocked by the other reviews, which were notably inarticulate and dismissive. In my many experiences here, service was prompt and friendly. Doctors are... accommodating and attentive. I can call my doctor at anytime to ask advice and my call is returned that same day. Appointments made and adjusted with ease. The building is uncommon, more like a house, but this only adds to its quaintness. Interaction with doctors is personal and results effective. I hate going to any type of medical appointment usually, but not these. I never sit for 45 minutes in the waiting room then 45 minutes in the interior. I'm in and out. And in between, my needs are met, concerns addressed, problems resolved.

Very pleased with this practice, 11/01/2011

I was blown away to read the comments left by the other ""reviewers."" Perhaps the language of one speaks to the quality of their judgement.\rWe moved here recently and have been so pleased with the... front office, nursing staff and doctors. When you have an appointment, you are brought in on time and see a Doc quickly. We came from a practice where 1+ hour waits were common and that was just in the waiting area. I have been late due to traffic, called them and they asked that I get there as soon as I could. \rMore important than their respect for my time is the care. Somehow we all see different practitioners. With 5 people, I can comment on 4 docs and 1 LNP. They are all people I trust with our healthcare. \rFor example, Dr. Lee was the first doctor in 2 years to really listen to my teen about her migraine headaches. She tried some things (exactly what they would have done at Hershey Med) then worked to get my daughter seen by a pediatric neurologist. Thanks to Dr. Lee, she was seen in a matter of weeks vs. months. Although she did not continue to be the main person for her headaches, Dr. Lee remembered the problem and showed concern when we would go in for other things. In other words, she is very competent and my child was not treated like a number.\rIn conclusion, I believe we are lucky to have this practice in the area.
