Our large project was quoted a price, and a budget agreed to. Well, I guess not. It seems this firm leaves out a number of items in its quotes to artificially lower the price.Then near the end of the project, you find out you owe thousands. It was even more troubling to hear the owner admit to the property supervisor that things are intentionally left out of project quotes.
