My 50" Plasma TV would not power on, so I took off the back and there were many fuses too test out and I didn't have the equipment to test it out. So I took my TV into Lee Ho's shop and he called me and told me my power board was bad. He said he replaced the board and charged me $230. I asked for the old parts and he said, "I have already shipped the old board to the manufacture". Why would you need to send back a bad board back to the manufacture??? When I got the TV back, the HDMI input was not working. So I took the back of the TV off again and realized that he did not change my power board and he only changed 1 fuse since I put a mark on my original power board and all of the original fuses had white covering and his was clear. A fuse normal cost $4 to replace!! I am very angry and will not do business here again!!!!

I called Lee Ho TV and asked if they could come by to find out what is wrong with our 1980 Zenith console TV. One day it would not turn on and we wanted to know what caused it and how much it would cost to repair it. Well..Mr. Ho came to our home. He pushed the power button and the TV did not turn on...so he immediately begins to tell us that the TV just died...and it would cost too much to repair. I asked how he could tell that it would cost too much to repair because he merely pushed the power button and he didn't do any diagnostic work. He replied with the mumbo jumbo that he was in the business for more than 20+ years and to take his word. After he became beligerant, I realized I made a mistake calling for his business. Mr. Ho accepted my $35 check for his house call. The next day I took the TV to Skyland TV located off Clairmont/Buford Hwy and the sales person said that they would have to check to see what could be the problem. Within 24 hours, I received a phone call stating that my TV was repaired and it was ready to be picked up...and the total cost $124. I wasted $35 calling Lee Ho TV Service. If you want to give your money away, call them. If you want your TV fixed, call someone else.

I have been dealing with Mr. Ho for about two weeks. He is very friendly and provides in-home service. Mr. Ho repaired my Samsung DLP and brought it to my house. When he left, the TV shut down. I have stopped payment on the check and am in the process of calling Mr. Ho to allow him to fix this problem. Stay tuned...

My 17 year old 35 inch TV completely lost the picture, so I called Mr. Ho following his great reviews on this site. He came to my house the same day and immediately diagnosed the problem and gave a fixed price guarantee for the repair. He took the components from inside my TV back to his shop to repair and retuned within 2 days. The TV was functioning but after he left I decided that the picture quality could be improved. Mr. Ho came back to the house and after some onsite adjustments decided to take the components back to his shop for some more adjustment. He retuned a few days later having fully restored the picture quality on the TV. I was very impressed and he did not attempt to collect any additional charges. Truly great services and delivers as promised. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Mr. Lee Ho ordered a part for a TV a friend had. My friend relocated, but told me he may just toss the TV because it was financially feasible for him at the time. I took the TV, and called Lee Ho. I told him I wanted to get the part, but couldn't pay the full $400 right away. I asked him if I could pay installments. He agreed. Between the time my friend had ordered the part and my installments, over 2 years had passed. Mr. Ho was more than willing to work with me, and he never pressured me. He came out and installed the part and a new picture tube. The TV works great. From the beginning, he told me, "you are now my customer"

All the TV's went out in my house and i had no idea who to call so I decided to check out some places listed on Kudzu. The best decision I could have ever made!!!! I called the technician and he immediately came over to my house. I was very satisfied to say the least at his service and professionalism. He even took the time to repair a loose screw in my VCR. If you are ever in need a someone who fixes TV's.....well here's your place.

I'm so pleased with Mr. Ho's service and integrity. When my TV went out, I was going to just throw it out, and buy a new one because I did not think there were still quality TV repair men around. After looking on here I decided to call Mr. Ho. He came out to look at my TV the same day. I was even more surprised that he made house calls because i was going to have a dilema with trying to get this huge TV into my escort. Once Mr. Ho diagnosed the problem, he had to take some part of the TV back to his shop and repair it. He repair the part pretty quickly, called me when it was done and worked around my hectic work schedule to finish the job. I live in Hapeville, and he left his home in Suwanee at 7pm to complete the job. I was overly impressed the quality of his work, his professionalism, and integrity. I would recommend to anyone in need of repair services.

Mr. Ho is amazing. I called and he was in my home within 30 minutes. He immediately determined what the problem was and told me he had to take the board back to his shop to fix it but that he would return it fixed the same day. (This was at 4PM) At 7:30 he called and asked if it was too late to bring it and I told him no and he actually came. He left my home at 9PM. You don't find service like that anymore. He told me he has 40 years experience and is actually called by a local TV station when their techs can not fix problems at the station. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I had a great experience w/ Mr. Ho. He came to my house to work on my 61" screen, found the problem and gave me a price to get it fixed. He later learned he needed another part that was on backorder and I'd be without my TV for a while. He had to actually come back and get my 61" so he could better service it in his shop when all the parts came in. Mr. Ho brought me a 45 inch to watch in it's place until my TV as repaired. Mr. Ho kept his appts. and delivered his service professionally and with great conviction. He never even charged me for the extra part! I enjoyed doing business w/ Mr. Ho and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone that's trusting, good at what he does and get's the job done. Thanks Mr. Ho !
