Legacy Orthodontics

The ortho/dental service your child will get is world class. The problem is dealing with the back office and management team. The back office was unable to account for a check sent from my insurance company to cover multiple services rendered. The back office was unable to figure out how to even call my insurance company to get the check # and date of payment. They asked me to do there job because "They were too busy" and had to deal with other patients who had the same problems. My insurance company told me to have Legacy Orthodontics call them the same way I did and apologized for their customer no service attitude. Very troubling.

Dr. Conti and her awesome staff provide extrordinary services. They treat you like family. An awesome place to go for ortho treatment.

I take all of my children to Legacy Ortho Dr. Conti has been very informative while my children are young and developing they may not slide out of getting braces but she has the education to help us in advance to possibly avoid braces if at all possible. I thought you only take kids at age 12/13 and just get braces but with her knowledge I now know in many cases it can be avoided if folks would just go early. Her staff is wonderful, the kids can play some games before their appt wonderful child friendly office. Thanks for being so great all of you!
