After going to this vet for 2 years with no major problems, just shots, my cat got very sick. I had an appointment in a few days, but came in earlier because his condition had gotten worse. I was there at a few minutes before opening and it was 30 degrees outside, and they would not open the door. When they let me in, I was told that the doctor does not like drop off's. I was crying and said my cat is really sick it is an emergency, when the woman then said "and that is why they have emergency vets". Now why would I, should I have to go to an emergency vet when I had been coomming here for years? They finally kept my cat all day and he had not improved at all. The next day I went to another vet, who was caring compassionate and best of all he treated the problem and my cat is doing well. I would not take any animal to this place if you need more than shots.
