I am one Dr. Lenhard's original patients. He has always been attentive to my needs and kept me healthy. He is very customer oriented. He is conscientious about how long his patients wait to see him. He always gives me his fullest attention, and he never becomes impatient with me when is workload is heavy. I feel like a valued customer with him. And he is cute.

I saw Dr. Lenhard three time. He seemed cold and not imterested. I would try to tell him things and he seemed to ignore it. He told me to adjust a medication I was taking and I did. But when I asked for a refill it was not noted in my record. I have to give him some credit - he is very "by the book". I expect he is very smart, but acts like he is just out of med school.

I don't know who the other reviewers have seen but I think Dr. Lenhard is great. He listens to what I say, talks to me and takes the time needed. Yes he does yell at me about my diet and cigars but thats what he is supposed to do. and yes he does make you come in for refills but I would rather have that then a doctor who just pushes pills on you and never checks on what is happening.

Takes you seriously & knows a lot about heart health and dealing with high cholesterol. Not incredibly personable, but if you want a very good doctor & don't care about hand-holding, he may be for you.

Doesn't possess very good listening skills and wants you out of examination room ASAP. Office staff is good. There have been times when no doctor is on-call. Always have taunting/blaming tone. Looks irritated all the time.

Physician doesn't listen well or allow for many questions - likes to do all the talking. Doesn't make eye contact - too busy with his computer. Won't refill prescriptions, even those you've used long term, without seeing you again. I can't afford to take the time off every time I need a refill. Cannot recommend.

Saw him once and felt very rushed and "processed". He was very nice but I just felt like part of the herd. I ended up switching doctors after one visit. The office and staff were nice but I was looking for less of a factory feel.
