Just got new contacts - the have a very clean, very attractive facility and overall I am very happy the only problem is not enough staff. They really should hire more people so that you don't have to wait so long to be helped. Granted I went during lunch, so that might explain why there was so little staff but maybe they should think about that. Overall though, contacts fit great, and I would come back....

I feel that I received top notch service when I visited this store. They were helpful and professional. Best of all was the price. I will return for my next purchase.

this is my 1st post. i am looking for lens since 2mths ago. Came across lenscrafter 1 day and asked for more info. the only thing they say is "doctor not in!" -without looking at me.

i have gotten good one day service for eye glasses and contacts lens. a bit on the expensive side but since it is a chain all your info is in a computor and they will fix your glasses at any location

Picking out frames is hard, it was nice to have a friendly (and honest) staff on hand to help in the process.
