Today we had an eye emergency in our family. Since it is a weekend our Dr. told us to see an optometrist right away (ophthalmologists not open on Sat). We went here as this is our regular optometrist. They refused to help us. After spending over $1000 here in the past year, we will never do business with Lenscrafters again

After repeatedly purchasing inexpensive frames for my husband, who has special needs, I explained our situation to them and they arraigned an appointment for him.We were welcomed into this immaculate, bright store, were very prompt,and understood his special medical needs with a wonderfully cheerful patience.
The glasses were exactly what he needed and I am very grateful for the extreme kindness of everyone there.Thank you, Lenscrafters!

i liked my glasses but the service was horrible- lots of people there yet no one wanted to help!! When I had to get a repair they told me to go down to Pearle ( owned by same company I guess) and the people at Pearle acted upset that they sent me there- not worth the $$$ !!!

IN DECEMBER 2006 I SPENT OVER 300.00 TO PURCHAGE A NEW PAIR OF GLASSES AT THIS STORE. ON THE DAY I WENT IN TO HAVE MY EYE EXAM I HEARD SEVERAL CUSTOMERS COME IN FOR REPAIRS TO THEIR GLASSES AND HEARD AT LEAST 2 GET VERY UPSET AFTER BEING TOLD THEY COULD NOT REPAIR THE GLASSES AND MUST RE-PURCHASE ANOTHER SET. THAT SHOULD HAVE WARNED ME TO GO ELSEWHERE BUT SINCE I HAD ALREADY HAD MY EYE EXAM THERE I STAYED AND PURCHASED THE GLASSES. IN JULY 2007 MY PUG GOT MY GLASSES AND NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY WERE DAMAGED. BOTH LENSES WERE FINE BUT THE FRAME WAS BENT. SINCE I LIVE IN JASPER OVER AN HOUR AWAY I TOOK THEM TO OUR LOCAL WALLMART OPTICAL FOR REPAIR. THEY SAID THE GLASSES WERE EASILY REPAIRABLE BUT IT REQUIRED A TOOL THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE BUT THEY FELT SURE THEY WOULD BE REPAIRED IF I TOOK THEM BACK TO WHERE I PURCHASED THEM. ON 7-19-07 I RETURNED THE GLASSES TO LENSCRAFTER. THE FIRST THING THE SALESLADY SAID WAS THEY COULD NOT REPAIR THE FRAME AND I WOULD NEED TO PURCHASE NEW FRAMES AND THEY WOULD PUT THE OLD LENSES IN. SHE THEN CHECKED AND SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE THIS FRAME IN STOCK AND COULD NOT ORDER IT BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN DISCONTINUED. I THEN ASKED TO PUT THESE LENSES IN ANOTHER FRAME. SHE FOUND SEVERAL OTHER FRAMES THAT WERE THE EXACT SIZE AS MY ORIGINAL FRAME BUT SAID THEY STILL WOULDNT FIT. AFTER NEVER RECIEVING A GOOD EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THEY WOULDN!T FIT SHE SAID ALL THEY COULD DO WAS MAKE ME NEW GLASSES FOR AROUND 225.00- I LEFT AND WILL NEVER RETURN.

I recently went to this location to get my glasses repaired. They were very fast and thorough!
