The Perimeter Eye Group (inside Lenscrafters) could not be any more incompetent if they tried. The woman at the front desk should be fired for her lack of professionalism and customer service. After an exam that made me super uncomfortable, I went back to pick up my contacts, and even though the receptionist was sitting there working, as soon as I walked up, she said, "we're closed". She didn't even look up from her computer. So I walked out furious, but since this was where my prescription was from, I had to go back. I went back again to get my contacts and was told they had to be ordered; so instead of ordering them there and having to go back a 3rd time, I asked for my rx info so I could order online & have them delivered, which she handed over rather rudely. Tonight 800-Contacts called me and said that when they tried to verify my rx with LC, LC told them I wasn't a patient. ??!?! I was just there and was handed my rx in person!! How incompetent can one place be??! So now I have a huge headache to deal with and I have to wait even longer to get my contacts. I hate this place and everyone who works there - save your time and your money and go to a better, reputable eye doctor.
