The Lenox Square location's manager thinks that it is OK to have only one salesperson on duty. Therefore, expect to wait over half an hour to be served. I have contacted Lenscrafters management at the home office and they don't care. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION.

I waited an awful long time to get the glasses. They they did not fit right, and Lenscrafters did not want to do anything until I screamed. On the second trip back, the wait was 2 + hours. Nobody seemed to know what was going on.

I brought in a new prescription for glasses. I had to wait 45 minutes to be served. the lady was constantly having to answer the phone, talk to other custmers, and did not give me the attention that I needed. She ran my credit card charge and then came back and said that she had made a mistake and would have to run the card again. The second time the charge was $120 more. When I later checked my cc statement online, I found that I had been charged TWICE. I am now having to work with the bank to get the charge reversed. This is too much of a hassle to endure for incompetence. The glasses were ready in 6 days which was good. The following week one of the lens lterally fell out of the frame. I took the glasses back and waited 2 hours for help and then repair. Management needs to teach organizational skills to the employees. Staffers' starting and stopping and going to some one else and then back to you is tedious and disgusting.
