I would highly recommend Andy and Lesley to anyone looking for a Realtor! We were trying to purchase our first home and Andy was so patient with us first timers! There was no pushing or persuasiveness, just great advice and patience. Andy was so knowledgeable about the areas and houses in general, especially for resale. We never even knew how popular and busy they actually both were because they treated us like we were their only clients. They were so thorough on all accounts, a great advocate as we went into the purchasing process and held our hands the entire time, from beginning to end! Couldn't have asked for anyone better!

When we first met with Andy, I was a little apprehensive because his calendar was so full--it was almost two weeks before his first available full afternoon to go look at houses. He got us set up on Listingbook that same night, and we started figuring out what houses we wanted to see. We found a lot of houses that we thought were "worth looking at", but it wasn't until the next week that we saw something that looked like a great deal that we wanted to see ASAP. We left a note for Andy that night, and Leslie was able to show it to us the next afternoon. When we eventually found a house we really liked, Andy (and docusign) made the offer process much easier than I had on my last house. And when my cut-rate broker financing went sideways, Andy helped negotiate a closing extension with the seller and hooked me up with a broker that could fast-track my loan (and got it closed in less than 10 days from that point). Andy and Heather were also on top of getting stuff like the inspection scheduled and repairs documents. I'd highly recommend them to my friends!

I can't say enough great things about Andy and Lesley Peters. They made the entire house buying and selling process so easy. Not only did they help me find and purchase the perfect house, but they listed my previous house and within 7 days on the market, we had two offers at and ABOVE asking price! Unbelievable!! Not only are they extremely knowledgeable and informative, their strong work ethic and their genuine care and concern for their clients makes them truly exceptional! They are so organized and efficient and were always available to answer questions (and I had many!). I can't imagine a better experience. Working with them has been a pleasure and I am incredibly grateful to them for all of their hard work and for making this such a wonderful and positive experience! Many thanks Andy and Lesley!!!

My husband and I just bought our first house with their help, and could not say nicer things about Andy, Lesley, and Heather. They were extremely helpful, willing to answer all our questions as quick as possible, and they really made the process a whole lot easier than we were expecting it to be.

Buying a house is nerve-wracking, but they were there for us every step of the way. I can't recommend them enough!

Andy and Lesley helped my husband and I both sell our old home and buy our new home. They offered us extremely helpful advice that got our old home sold in a little over 2 weeks after it was put on the market! When searching for a new home, Andy and Lesley were both very accomodating and honest, and they went above and beyond what I ever thought they would do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!
