Tim basically rebuilt the better part of our sunroom a couple of years ago when we discovered termite damage to the floors. There was no cutting corners or skimping on craftsmanship—the work was excellent. Then when the Great Flood of '09 hit and flooded the same room, there was no question who was going to do the repair work. Tim and his crew came in and got the job done fairly quickly, which was a huge relief. He's good people!

Tim Leveson has done a number of projects at my house and always delivers great work. He is professional, skilled and detail-oriented. He truly cares about his clients and strives to deliver exactly what they envisioned. He is my go-to resource and I highly recommend him.

Tim did a kitchen and bath renovation for us. His prices beat the competition. His design recommendations were more practical than the previous design company had made. His work was unquestionable top-notch. Highly recommended.

I had the worst experience of my life with the first three (yes, three) contractors that I had working on a bathroom project, the first one having gone more than 2x over budget and walked off the job in the middle. I then found Tim and the entire experience was completely different. He showed up when he said he would, he kept to the budget, kept me in the loop of progress and issues that arose, and when it was done, provided immaculate work. I subsequently had a flood that resulted in major repairs being required and I again called Tim. His performance the 2nd time was just as efficient and reliable as the first time. I'll never call another contractor
