Right on it! We had an unusual situation and Lextechs jumped right on it to save the day. We are long time customers of theirs. On moving day, the two big vans were filled with our furniture, clothing, etc. and our car was filled with all our valuables. The movers got in their vans and I in my Lexus. I was about to lead them to the new house when I discovered that my battery had died. We jumped the car and rushed it to Lextechs. They had a new battery installed in no time. You guys are great!

I've been a Lexus owner for over 15 years having my car serviced at dealerships the entire time. Then I found LexTechs here on Kudzu. Chad and Matthew are Lexus and Toyota experts, organized and far superior in knowledge, competence, quality workmanship and pricing than any dealer. Highly qualified and certified technicians with knowledge, competence and integrity that have definitely earned all my future business. The best experience, and best value, I've ever had having any automobile repaired. Highly recommended to all who want great repair work at very fair prices.

I had a Toyota Highlander Hybrid that Chuck and Huston took care of. Their service was great, they did what they said they'd do, and they gave me a reasonable price. Why can't more repair shops be like this?

I know Huston and Chad well as Chad is my son and I have known Huston for 20 years. Since he was 7 and I coached their soccer team. Huston is like a son. They envisioned owning a business at the early age of 10-12 yrs. old. I guess their dreams of owning a charter fishing boat in Destin Fl. at age 12 was replaced by starting up Lextechs of Atlanta. They were average fishermen anyway. Hustons status as a Master Lexus/Toyota Technician probably influenced their decision greatly. I have had the unique opportunity to see their business go from ideas to reality. They worked on cars in 25 degree and 110 degree weather in their startup location in a warehouse space in Tucker Ga. They never gave up. Being a professional in the retail/customer service industry for more than 40 years in the Atlanta area I know what conviction to excellent customer service is all about and how it is lacking in most businesses today. Like a fly on the wall, I hear about their dailey challenges, accomplishments, problems, desires, and goals. I too am impressed with their genuine customer service dedication, and commitment to excellance. They have found a true opportunity in a competitive marketplace. I wish them much success yet caution them that building a business means building with one customer at a time as if each customer will be a building block to success only if they treat every customer as if they may be their last. I've driven by LexTechs nearly every day for the past three months. I knew I needed rear brake work on my 06 Toyota Sienna but couldn't bring myself to visit the Death Star...I mean, the Dealership. So I finally called LexTechs. Chad was great - he gave me a very reasonable estimate. LexTechs did a thorough inspection of the front and rear brakes and told me I only needed the rear brakes worked on. They were quick and professional and best of all, much less expensive than the dealership. They also washed my car - which it needed - for free! I walked home so I didn't use the waiting area, but it seemed clean and comfortable, with free WiFi, a variety of beverages, and a nice flat screen TV and kids area. I highly recommend LexTechs. They also detail all makes and models of cars. They are right across the street from Decatur High School and down the road from the Decatur Chick-fil-A. Check 'em out!
