I previously purchased a Crv from John and had such a seamless transaction. So I was looking to upgrade to newer model and went straight back to John Bycenski .I received the same great customer service as I had before. He explained all the new options and walked me through how to use them. I would recommend Lis and especially John.

Thank you - Melissa Colello, Asst. Service Mgr., for assisting me with finding the accessories that I had purchased, the day I signed the lease. She asked me to take a seat in the waiting room, while she squeezed me in. I had called 2 days prior and was told to just stop by and they would install on the spot. Thankfully, after 2 hrs. the side door moldings had been put on (this was ordered to prevent other peoples car door hitting mine and chipping the paint or denting the body of the car.) And the cargo tray was dropped in the back hatchback deck. I was very happy with the service. I was not however, happy to see where the molding was on the car....near the bottom of the car door; so in actuality the molding WILL NOT keep the other car doors from bumping mine! It looks nice on the car, but it's useless with a high price, to boot. (Side moldings and tray cost $444.28!) Tam L.

My experience at Lia Honda of Enfield, with a very complicated repair issue, was excellent. I worked with Travis McHugh in the Service Department. From the first moment that I met Travis I knew that he genuinely cared about my situation. I tend to be very anxious and over-react... Travis assured me that my issues would be resolved and treated me with compassion and understanding. He kept me informed of the progress with my vehicle and was available to communicate with me whenever I needed him. I will certainly be back for service and to purchase my next vehicle (when the time comes). I appreciate your staff (especially Travis) and service at Lia Honda. From start to finish I would give my experience and service five stars. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Christy Gorman
