I found Liberty on the web, and was somewhat nervous about doing business with someone with whom I have no history. My 4Runner with over 210,000 miles on it suddenly started vibrating significantly under acceleration. I assumed I was going to be a statistic of the Toyota Transmission Syndrome and was fearing a couple thousand dollar repair bill. I called and spoke with Mark. After a short discussion about the symptoms on the phone, he thought something may be amiss with the driveline and u-joints. 24 hours later, I have new u-joints, a balanced driveshaft, and a bill less than $200. I am overjoyed. Mark and the guys now have a new customer...who happens to have 3 cars and 4 kids (more cars on the way over the next 5 years.) Thanks Liberty, Mark, Thomas and crew. You rock!!!

Liberty replaced my alternator on Feb 6 and provided a lifetime warranty on the alternator and a one year labor warranty. To read review, Google search liberty automotive 30040 and click on Steve review. Yesterday, my Brake and Battery light came on again. I called Mark at Liberty Automotive. He told me to bring in the truck and he would look at it. I took it there this morning. Without hesitation, he said that he would honor the labor and parts warranty. In the afternoon, I went to pick up the truck. He handed me the keys and said that there was no charge. The alternator had a bad diode and was fixed. I shook his hand and thanked him for fixing the truck and for his honest professional customer service ethics. I told him that his service was better than most 4 star hotels, and he could teach other businesses a thing or two about customer service in this age of customer no-service. Nowadays, people are spending more money fixing their current vehicles instead of purchasing a newer one. This has increased the number of people shopping around for non-dealer automotive repair facilities to perform major and minor auto repairs. When I shopped around, my criteria was Trust, Quality, and Price. Liberty excelled in all three areas. They definitely earned my future business and my word of mouth. At end of March, Liberty Automotive is moving to 2628 Bethelview Road near Canton Hwy.

We have used Liberty Automotive for the last year to service both of our vehicles. They are reasonable for preventive maintenance, and FAST! 15 minutes for an oil change. You cannot beat that. For service they were fair and provided an accurate estimate. I would highly recommend this business!
