As an update to my first post, I did speak with the owner of Liberty Mechanical on Monday, 9/14. He listened carefully and asked detailed questions. He was genuinely interested in resolving service problems and making customers happy. I believe this will be resolved to my satisfaction, and I hope to use Liberty Mechanical for future AC servicing needs. The owner, Bobby, has worked hard to build his business so I wanted to post this update.

Our A/C unit stoped working on a Friday afternoon around 4:30 and I called Liberty. They gave me a couple of things to try and they did not work, so we set up a Saturday afternoon appointment. I had to go to work and the service tech worked with my wife. He had to replace a capacitor and add 1-1/2 lbs of R-22 and we where up and running. He followed-up on Monday to make sure everything was still up and running. I was blessed to have Liberity take care of my peoblem. Pastor Bob and Pat
