Worst Place EVER!!!, 1/03/2013

Everything about this place is awful!! My husband and I signed up at the same time for what we were told was 12 months. Turns out they signed my husband up for 18 months! We didn't know because we... were given some other guys contract. We didn't think it was a big deal. That guys contract said 12 months. We were wrong! They didn't care AT ALL to help us. They do nothing but lie and say they will help. I've made 18 payments and they are saying I still owe more and are now sending me to collections. These people are AWFUL!! Stay away!

Poor customer service, 9/20/2012

Don't sign up for personal training. I have spoken to Amber, Michael, Sandy and nobody cares about taking good care of their customers. I have a letter signed by Amber on 06/01/12 with my... cancellation but I am still receiving collection calls from Club ready. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will be reporting both companies to Better Business Bureau.
