This review is not specifically for the Spa, but for the club. After approximately 3 years of being a member I had to cancel my membership because of XXX activities going on between men in the men's locker room and showers. I was too afraid that my 2 young sons would witness these activities. That being said, in general the club equipment is well maintained and clean. However, the staff's overall attitude seems to be of the mind that THEY are doing YOU a favor and are not appreciative of your business. The only time that member services were friendly was when they were trying to get me to initially sign up. After that, they tend to just walk by you and act like you don't exist. The same goes for the personal trainers themselves while walking around the workout area. Also, my vehicle was broken into in the parking lot. When brought to the staffs attention, the attitude was more of an "oh well" followed by the statement that this had apparently been an ongoing issue. Despite that, no notices were posted for the members that this was an issue

Aliian is awesome! I suffer from hip pain and she was able to address trouble areas and alleviate a good bit of the pain. I will schedule another massage in a week. She did more for me in 50 minutes than going to doctors has in the last 5 years. The spa is clean and quiet and they used oranges in the water and not lemons. I hate lemons!

I had been having lower back pain, so I decided to get a massage at LifeSpa. Alina saw me and her professionalism was refreshing. She thoroughly took care of me from her assessment to the massage to follow up suggestions.I haven't felt this good in weeks! Will definitely go back. It showed that she really cared about me and loves her work. The spa is serene and staff is very friendly. The Cucumber water is delicious. Also conveniently located in the Lifetime fitness.
