This office has gone from A+ to F-. I have been a patient here since 2008, when things were GREAT. Customer service was superb, no ridiculous wait times and you left feeling that their best was done in attending to your needs. Today, 8/20/2013, your minimum wait time if you call or they call you is 15 minutes. The last time I was placed on hold it was for 17 minutes and 23 seconds. I had an appointment today to have blood work drawn ONLY. My appointment was at 10:45, I hadn't eaten since 7:30 the previous night. I arrive at 10:30 and I don't leave until 12:20, just to have one vial of blood drawn. Never going back

I have had the worst experience with the office. The wait time was absolutely unacceptable. The front office staff..well i really have no words for them but horrible. My very first appt I was there on time and it took them 50 to even call me to the back after there were several patients that came in 20 even 30 minutes after my scheduled appt and were call back before me. And once I finally got back there I had to wait another 45 minutes before i was seen by a doctor, BUT WAIT A MINUTE, i wasn't seen by a doc, i was seen by a PA only because after waiting nearly 2 hrs after my appt time, I got up and put my clothes on and attempted to walk out of the door, but was stop by the front office, and it wasn't until then that they said that the doctor would be right with me, and 2 minutes later then asked me was it ok for the PA to see me. My second experience THEY called me to schedule a follow up appt and when I get there i wait 30 minutes before they tell me i should have been scheduled for 4 months later instead of 4 weeks. Needless to say i won't be going back.

While I like Dr. O'Heron, her staff is awful! One of her PAs gave my son a drug he was allergic to. When I confronted the office with this, they tried to blame it on the pharmacist. Dr. O'Heron also seemed to be miffed that I wanted to stay with my OB/GYN of twenty years.

Dr. O'Heron is very knowlegable, friendly and up to date with her practice in medicine. I have followed her to her private practice and has been her patient for the past 11 years. She also care for my 2 chidren and husband. I highly reccomend her as a doctor. Her staff is wonderful as well!!

Office is in terrible disarray. Even if you book the first appointment of the morning, plan to sit while as in hours. High turnover of staff. The kids not needing an appointment policy means everyone else gets to wait. She's a real friend of the Pharmaceuticals pushing the prescription drugs for every little thing and trying to pay for her microderm abarasion machine. Hippocratic Oath anyone?

Dr. O'Heron does an excellent job tending to my son. She is attentive and doesn't intimidate him. She is open to trying traditional and untraditional treatmemts within reason.

I love Dr. O'Heron, and 'Miss MaDonna' as my daughter calls her. The nice thing about this practice is that they TALK to you and remember you. The waiting room is a blast for kids since there are video games and inside/outside play areas. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Sometimes there is a long wait, but usually only during community epidemics. Otherwise, the wait is no different and usually less than in any other doctor's office. The only thing that I am not crazy about is trying to get through in the morning can be difficult.

Dr O'Heron is my favorite doctor. She is one of the most compassionate people, also very patient and kind. I love being able to see her for all of my medical needs as well as my four children. We all receive the best medical care and service from her and her staff. The office is beautiful and is full of areas for the children to play inside and outside, what better can you ask for in a doctors office.

It is nice to have a Dr. I can go to for my regular medical care as a female, and for my OB/GYN, as well as being able to take my baby there for Pediatric Care. Dr. Oheron is the nicest Dr. I've ever met, she is willing to take the time to talk to you and explain things, and her staff are really nice too.

I'm not exactly sure what these people are seeing at Lifeboat Medical, but my experiences are terrible. LONG wait times in both the waiting room and exam room, huge turnover rate (I've never seen the same employees twice), Dr. O'Heron takes very little time with her patients and comes across as rude. You feel as if everyone is in a hurry and has no time for you. The only reason I am staying is because of Dr. Wade. If you can't get an appointment with her, go somewhere else. Trust me.

Great customer service, and medical care. Dr O'Heron and her PA Madonna are a "breath of fresh air" to the Peachtree City Community. If you have a doctor already, well you should still check Lifeboat Medical out.I did and I made the change. So far I've experience only professional medical care from both providers and the caring staff.

This medical office is smooth and efficent. They have an awesome waiting room with a play area inside and outside for kids. The staff is courteous and fast. If I need a same day appointment, they can make it happen without the waiting. They have an awesome docotr (DR. OHeron) and so far two very qualified PAs. They are so nice to my 2 year old and the screening rooms have toys for him to play with as well. AWESOME DOCTOR'S OFFICE!!!! They'll even accomodate your prescriptions based on what your insurance company will and won't cover-- very thoughtful!
