Blair Teeter is the manager at this location, and I was enrolled by her personally. The day that I enrolled I had a friend with me that payed cash for his membership. I received my first bill approximately 2 weeks after enrolling and discovered I was also being charged for my friend's membership. I did not think that solving this would be an issue. But, I was told by Blair that she would only be able to help me if I kept my membership. Lifestyle Family Fitness has a "30 Day" cancellation policy which enables the customer to receive a full-refund if not satisfied with the facilities, supposedly. Blair mentioned this policy to me as if I had 30 days to evaluate the facility. But, what she DID NOT tell me and probably will not tell YOU is that you have to show up 1 day every week for at least 3 weeks to cancel. Also, you are required to give a 60 day cancellation notice to them before ending your membership. Most jobs only require a written two week notice and Lifestyle wants you to give them 2 MONTHS notice. This is clearly a way for them to squeeze whatever they can out of your pockets. They never fixed the billing error they caused.
