lighthouse is the right house
got a loan here and it was easy as could be. fair price and great service. i was shocked, you hear horror stories about mortgages these days but thanks to lighthouse Mortgage i didn't have to deal with those problems.

No money down
I was able to get a house without putting a bunch of money down for it. Actually got some help with my down payment thru FHA thanks to lighthouse Mortgage. I'd tell anyone to call Lighthouse first so they can get a deal too.

quick close!
I have multiple properties and have refinanced multiple times since the economy slowed down. I was astonished by how quickly Lighthouse mortgage was able to close my loan. Every other refinance i did in the last two years took much longer. I will be calling Lighthouse first from now on.
