The owner stole from me
Todd Fuller came to my business, and asked to be paid in advance in case he finished and would not see me. I was foolish and paid him, and left my store for a few minutes. When i came back, he was gone. He cashed the check, and did not do the job.

Terrible! Will Steal From Your House!
2-hours late for our cleaning. The owner (Todd Fuller) hung up on us when we called him about this. He finally showed up and cleaned. After leaving we noticed items missing from our house. Todd was very agressive when we called him about this and tried to intimidate me by yelling an screaming on the phone. Check his other reviews and his criminal record. We're adding to it with a formal police report. He doesn't deserve to be in business.

Terrible Service
First appt, the technician was 2 hours late. He forgot to clean one of the pieces that was to be cleaned and didn't do a thorough job on the rest. He left water spots all over my hardwood floors from his equipment. My baseboards were a mess after his machine splattered all over them. When I made appt for him to come do the forgotten piece, they didn't show up. I called the next day, and said they had forgotten 4 people that day because someone had quit. When the guy finally came back, he was rude and seemed very inconvenienced that I was actually trying to get what I paid for. The person who answers the phone seems very unorganized and too busy to focus on making sure the customers are satisfied.
