Lilburn Auto Center

I bought my car here for a wheel alignment and based on my first visit; I will probably take my car back here in the future. I had been only going to the dealer for the past five years; but often its hard to get an appointment when you need one. Also I do not trust repair shops to begin with as they try to up sell the crap out of you and sometimes don't even do the work. I decided to give Lilburn Auto Center a chance as I was referred to them by Discount Tire Co.

When I was getting my alignment done I expected them to come back to me and tell me something else was wrong with my car; but they never did; no up sells and no B.S. The only thing he said was that I may have had a bad tire which I kind of suspected anyway. But instead of trying to sell me another one he said if wasn't that bad and and didn't have to replace it unless I absolutely wanted to.

Despite my good experience; I am still a little cautious due to the plethora of shady shops out there but I WILL go to these guys again as they seem to be honest. More good visits should alleviate my apprehension and hopefully this will be the only shop I have to go to from now on.

I brought my 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to look at a problem. My fault, I told them it was a 1995, just a little blip in my memory, so they did the repair with '95 part. Anyway, within 24 hours I was having more problems which they started to blame me for telling them the wrong year, but the problem went much deeper than that.
They graciously repaired the vehicle to good working order and did not charge me the cost of the replacement part. However, I am not sure the cost was not made up elsewhere!

I doubt these are the cheapest guys in town, but they are very friendly and reliable. They keep track of repairs and send out reminders when time for something to be done. You never feel like they are hunting for an excuse to make money, but only do what is needed.

I have been going to Lilburn Auto for about 5 years. I never have any problems and they always give me great customer service. Their estimates are very accurate and I never have any problems. All of my vehicles are well taken care of thanks to this great company!

I have used Lilburn Auto Center twice and I feel they offer quick, friendly and honest service. They also send me coupons through e-mail, which saves me money.
