Had the main water supply line leaking inside the house. Came out within 30 minutes and fixed the problem. Polite, friendly, high quality work. Not sure if the price was right, but we needed to have water ASAP, and would have paid almost anything to get it done. But pleased with the quality work.

Needed a water heater replaced. They arrived at the appointed time. Did a neater job than the former plumber I had, my heater no longer looks like a still :-) Just before they left another major problem arose in another part of the house. It was taken care of quickly and at a reasonable cost. Charles was very kind and patient when I had to call the next day to ask how to lower the temperature on the heater. I appreciated that, plus the fact that he explained another problem I was having, which I thought was water heater related, but it was not. I would not hesitate calling them again.

I just want to say the service was fantastic. I had a small drip in a shower head that I called about last yesterday. Charles was very understanding and This morning Chris fixed the problem first thing, making sure to leave everything clean and neat. I will not hesitate to refer my friends and relatives. Lilburn Plumbing deserves a five star rating.

Woke up to no hot water. Checked Kudzu for plumber in my area. Spoke to Charles at Lilburn Plumb. Serv. Told Charles thought might be water heater but couldn't get to it to be sure. He came out within an hour; diagnosed problem; turned off water to heater; found flooded crawl space. He gave me a fair quote and took care of everything in a very timely and professional manner. They are now my plumber of choice and I recommend them highly!

Lilburn Plumbing Service deserves a five star rating for its prompt and professional installation of a busted hot water heater on New Year's day. On New Years day I noticed a leak under my hot water heater and immediately gave this company a call. In less than two hours, they were on site and had the hot water replaced a short time later. I was impressed and have no hesitation in recommending this company. EJC
