I used Lily's last week for window cleaning. First of all, I REFUSE to patronize a company who uses illegal labor. They guy who came to my house was prompt, plesant, spoke perfect english and was an employee covered by their insurance, not a fly-by-night from in front of Home Depot! He was polite and even removed his shoes before entering my house when he saw that I was in stocking feet. I did have him touch up a couple of smudges before he left and he did so with a smile and an apology. It has been my experience that you will definately want to check for smudges, missed spots before they leave with any window cleaner. Please note that Lily's WILL charge extra to clean your window tracks. I found it to be worth the cost. My cost was $130 to clean 16 windows+tracks. I would absoluely use Lily's again.

If you are thinking of using them I would look else where, this has been a total disaster I recently used Lily's cleaning for a total house move out cleaning. I was quoted for a 1600 sq ft house $400.00 because I was using them for everything. From carpets, Maid services and Windows inside and out. My first clue should have been that ever time I talked to them I had to remind them of the services they were offering me. When they arrived to clean the carpets they called me and tried to up sell on the carpet from $120.00 to a $360.00. Then they called for the payment and I was told the price was to be $459.00, I was quoted $400.00. When I tried to dispute they could care less it was like talking to a wall. This was all bad enough till I was latter informed by my Management Company that only the down stairs carpets were cleaned.
