Lithia Colorado Springs Jeep Chrysler

My husband and I went to many car dealerships before we bought our 2006 Dodge Stratus SXT. I really like the car initially, but then we went to another dealership to check out their cars. We came back to Lithia because their salespeople did not try to push me into a decision. They asked both my husband and my opinions, and they actually asked what kind of car we were looking into. We bought our car because the price was right, and their salespeople were friendly, not pushy like other car salesmen! I have been a customer of theirs for almost 3 years now, and their service department is EXCEPTIONAL! They have done all my checkups since I bought the car. Their salespeople are professional, their prices are VERY reasonable, and I have never once felt rushed while I was there. Every time I make an appointment for a checkup they have always been able to fit me in either the same day or the next day. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, EXCEPTIONAL STAFF, EXCEPTIONAL DEALERSHIP!!!

In October of 2005, this Colorado Springs dealer said that a Lithia dealer in Denver didn't have any more black(my preferred color) Grand Cherokee's left. Believing in them, I went ahead and bought a Silver one from them. Days later I confirmed with that Denver dealer that they in fact had black Grand Cherokees left. I was lied to. I spoke to the General Manager(Alex) at the time and he promised me $1000 worth of accesories and $1500 off the invoice. He gave me what he promised except $200. As of now(December 2007), I am still trying to talk to the new general manager(Brian) about getting the rest of what I was promised. These games that they did are very unprofessional. I can't believe this is supposed to be a 5 star dealer. They are more interested in money than customer service.
