Best Preschool In Town!
Our son has been attending LLIP since he was 9 months old. It has been an amazing experience. He is learning Spanish, French, Mandarin, and of course English. The school is committed to whole child development and has incorporated yoga, movement, and community service into its curriculum. They also recently transitioned to a full organic menu. We just moved to midtown and still drive him to East Point to go to LLIP. We would not think of sending him anywhere else!

A great one of a kind school!
Every parent tries to do their best for their child, and as a parent of a Little Linguist International Preschool (LLIP) student, I believe I am giving my child the best possible opportunity and quality care. I am disheartened to hear such disgruntled reviews. My child has been at LLIP for over 2 ˝ years and appears to be astonishing ahead of non LLIP peers in language , comprehension and social interaction as well as exposure to culture, music and physical activity. With all organization communication is paramount, and communicating changes can be a challenge. I have found the transfer of information to be reasonable and timely, between newsletters, bulletin boards, e-mail, as well as notes at sign in/ out. There have been times we have not been “publicity” informed of changes, but the door has always been open for me to ask any questions. There are also regularly scheduled PTO meetings where parents may come together and ask questions or express any concerns to the school administration. I also did hear about an incident at the school where a child was given food that they were allergic to, but CONFIRMED that this occurred after hours, and was distributed by a parent to the child not a teacher or employee of the school; and although a horrible accident, thankfully it didn’t. As parents it is our job to provide for, protect and advocate for our children, and LLIP may not be the best fit for every child, but I am thrilled that this institution is available for MY child.

Unstable and unsafe
A daycare which I WOULD NOT recommend, I had to pull my child out because of the constantly changes, they were changing teachers all the time, classrooms, school coordinators At 1st the school was ok, children were learning Spanish and French but something happened, some teachers left and we as parents were paying a lot of money for a bad education where children started losing the language they have acquired before.
Also LLIP is NOT SAFE at all, one of the children got intoxicated eating PEANUT BUTTER sandwiches!! Everyone knows that nuts are not allowed at any school because of allergies.
If you are planning to sign your child up at LLIP take your own risk....

It is very disheartening to see that someone would be this upset towards our school to post such an unfounded review. If this is truly a former parent of our school and not a mistaken or fraudulent post, we respect the writer’s opinion that the school was not a good fit for her family. However, we pride ourselves on having open communication and building partnerships with families and it is hard to believe that someone who feels this strongly about her child’s well-being would not have addressed these concerns directly with us. While no place is perfect, including LLIP, we strive to provide the utmost in education, safety and security for all of our children. To address the concerns posted, here is our reply.
1) We had a 95% re-enrollment this school year. We had two students that withdrew in the summer and then returned after realizing that our school was the best fit for their families, and we gladly welcomed them back to our community. We have not had any children “pull” (withdraw) in this current school year, other than for financial reasons or for relocation to other states or countries.
2) We have increased our enrollment by over 40% in the last year, so there are definitely new faces at our school. We added two administrative positions and several teaching support staff members to address our new needs. All of our teachers have finished out their contracts and rarely have we had any teacher leave abruptly and without adequate notice.
3) We are a nut-free program. This includes peanuts, almonds, walnuts, pine nuts etc. Our degreed chef has never served meals with nuts of any kind, and she accommodates children with allergies or lifestyle preferences (vegan/vegetarian). We have had on rare occasion parents bring in food for sharing during special events, which is against our policy as sometimes parents are not aware of other children’s allergies.
If there are any concerns, we welcome prospective parents to call the school and visit. We would be happy to discuss our philosophy on education and language acquisition. We are confident that our current and former parents would give a strong and positive reference.

Best All Around!
My toddler loves the school! He is never ready to leave when I pick him up.
Every staff member is nice and approachable. His teacher is phenomenal and always has him doing something new. This is one of the few schools that seem to really mean 'open door' policy. (Some will say that but seem a little threatened by you actually doing it IMO)
I think the immersion method is highly effective so far. It's amazing how fast he started picking up new words without being 'taught'. He's even learning songs , which is something he had trouble with in English before. The diverse and multi-lingual atmosphere is giving him a great appreciation for language and other cultures. Even if he never becomes fluent I think he has gained some critical skills already. He even perks up when he hears other languages now instead of tuning it out.
It's hard to find childcare or preschool with caring teachers and a quality curriculum that is fun for the kids too. ..here you get all of that plus a second language.
