I usually go to Intimacy but decided to give them a try. The fitting was ok. The bras were a little cheaper which was nice. I took my bras home and didn't think about it again for 2 1/2 weeks. Then it started; the under-wire popped out of one of the bras. I called and was told I could bring it in or mail it. I mailed it with a clear note of my purchase date & phone number, and they received it on a Thursday. Thursday evening, Friday, Saturday passed without a call to acknowledge receipt or resolution. I called them - and here is where the fun began. The girl who answered the phone put me on hold, finally returned and said "They had it they would alter it for free and it would cost me shipping cost" It was one long rapidly spit out statement. I explained that I did not want it repaired, I wanted it replaced since it was less than 21 days old and I had paid for shipping to them, I was not paying for return shipping. This was her response: I only had 2 bras and had over worn it. I did not buy their soap. They could not replace it. I replied, "I am 45. I did not grow these beasts yesterday. I own other bras. I also own and use the soap sold by Intimacy. Even if I had worn the bra for 21 days - under-wire popping out is unacceptable" I asked for a manager. The manager towed the line - "We can;t return it because the manufacturer won't take it back" We can repair it and return w/out shipping cost. They repaired and returned. I took th

I am a two time Breast Cancer Survivor.I have had two Mastectomies. I was looking for a bra that I could wear with a low cut back.So a good friend of mine said she had gone to Livi Rae and loved their bras. So I went and took my dresses with me.The girl that helped said they did not have a backless bra, that I needed Bring it ups.I told her that one side needed support and she said this would work.I told her I was worried my breast size was too large for these and she said they go up to a DD, she sold me a bra an addition to the Bring it ups and the bra was a 36E. They cost $16 and the bra was $59.The next night I was going to wear one of the dresses for an important dinner event I tried to use the bring it ups and could not get it to work,it got stuck together and then you could see it at the top of my dress. After messing with it for 15 frustrating minutes I tore it off.I then had to change what I was wearing since I could not go without bra or some support. I went back to the store and told them what happened thinking I would get a store credit and would apply it to another bra because I LOVED the bra I bought it was just what I was looking for. They told me they could not give me a store credit because I used one of the 6 lifts!I asked to speak with the manager, she said I could have had them show me how to use them before I bought them well nobody offered and if they had not worked she said I would have still had to buy them because they opened the package.

Buyer beware! They say their bra's are supposed to hurt. I can't understand anyone giving this place a good review. A fitting meant a woman looked at me and chose a size without out measuring me. Because of what I had heard, I decided to trust her and purchased the $70 bra, even though it was causing a deep crease in the middle of my back, hurt my shoulders, and was a much smaller size than I had ever been measured to wear. These are all concerns I expressed in the moment and she assured me I was supposed to have a crease in my back, all other sizers had measured me wrong, and the shoulders hurt because my right breast was fuller than my left. I wore the bra out and went to the mall to run some more errands. After two hours, the bra was hurting around my ribs and on both shoulders. Here is my favorite part- when I returned to the store, they told me bras are supposed to hurt for the first two weeks after you purchase them and that this was totally normal. This also coincides with their return/exchange policy in that after two weeks, you have to keep the bra. I returned the bra for store credit that I will use to purchase Hanky Panky panties they sell, at least I can use the $70 for a product I know is good and not on a bra that is "supposed to hurt."

I recently made the trip over from Alabama to the shop. What a wonderful experience! I was VERY impressed with the professionalism of the staff, their knowledge, and the overall feel of the store. From the moment I walked in, I felt valued, not just as a customer, but as a person. My fitting was privately done, I was given excellent advice, and purchased my first bra from this store that day. I have since purchased others, and it is the ONLY place I will shop in the future. To the staff, THANK YOU! Being a larger busted woman, sometimes it's very difficult to find bras that fit right and depending on the store, I'm shamed for my larger bust...NOT in LiviRae! I felt beautiful, and will definitely recommend their shop to others and encourage them to shop LiviRae as well! Thanks ladies...especially my personal fitter, Brandi! She ROCKS!!!

Since I didn't have the correct receipt when I left the store I hadn't realized I had paid for a bra I never tried on! when I went back to get a refund they explained that they could only give me store credit. Really for a bra that isn't in my possession? Unbelievable right? I was there. This really happened. How do they stay in business?

Terrific staff, great products & wonderful turn-around time for alterations. I'm a faithful Livirae fan & have been ever since I first stopped in late Spring, 2011. LOVE this place! This is like a little slice of lingerie heaven in bustling Kennesaw. Replaced all my bras with ones from Livirae. Will return again & again. Thank you, Livirae Lingerie!

I bought $280 worth of bras, wash, and a bag to wash the bras in 2 months ago. Two of the bras were curling up on the edge, showing through my shirts, so I took them in to be looked at. The first person who saw me (I think was Cynthia) basically told me that I was lying about how I was taking care of them - not using the detergent I bought from them, not hanging them to dry, etc. I did exactly what Rebecca told me to do with the bras. The second person, Molly, was much nicer, but said she had no idea why the bras were curling up on the edges unless something I was wearing, like lotion or oil, or the dyes that I was washing them with was making this happen. The bras are the same type - and only one side is curing up. So, why is the other side not curling unless it's a defect in the bra? I am so disappointed in the service I got there - nothing was done. So, $120 is down the drain. I have gotten bras at Target for $15 that last longer than these WITHOUT their "lasting care" wash that I was diligently using, and going through the dryer, which I did not do with these bras. I would not waste my money or my time in this store. Their products are cheaply made and sold at a very high price! And, the BBB has them rated at a D-

After YEARS of wearing the wrong size bra, I now feel confident and comfortable in whatever I am wearing. My daughter and I have both found Cynthia and Molly to be very knowledgable and personable. We enjoyed fast and attentive service from the sales associates. They were able to bring to me several styles -that fit! Yes, the new bras fit tightly; but as I was assured, after wearing a few times they 'gave' (Stretched) to 'my' natural shape. The best thing for me was 'not' having to shop; it was done for me. LOVED IT! "YEY LIVIRAE!" :)

First of all, I want everyone to be aware of their reviews on other websites have been filtered to only showing the good ratings. I wish I would have researched a little further before I wasted my time and money! I would not recommend this store to anyone. Their products are cheaply made from China and way overpriced. The owner cynthia shocked me as to how rude she was. I was appalled by her personality and her ungratefulness! She insisted on me purchasing these 2 bras that wasn't comfortable in the first place but she assured me they would fit better when I got used to them. Later a friend told me they experienced the same thing with this rude person cynthia as well as finding the same bras way cheaper at the mall. Don't waste your time and money on this place! I was extremely disappointed. Also, they have a D rating with the BBB!

I was blessed to experience the business before reading some of the sour reviews. I've gone to many " bra boutique" and have been disappointed, but here I felt right at home surrounded by new long lost friends. They treated me and my 36Gs with the best of care. So I'll pick Livirae Lingerie over the competition any time.

If you live in the metro Atl area this i the place to go! Large or small bust or anything in between - Livi Rae will fit you to a "tee" - you won't ever buy bras anywhere again. They educate and empower you & make you proud to be attached to those two "friends" on your chest! LOL I agree with another reviewer - BEST IN TOWN!!!!

After being sized by Molly over 3 years ago - I have been a happy girl! I was in ill-fitting bras for YEARS and now, with the correct sizing and proper bra care "the girls" are happy and sitting pretty! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIVIRAE!
