This was a neat place to hang out at for about an hour. then it gets mobbed with people to the point that you can't even move. The people can be a bit pretentious too, but for no good reason. The hotel is pretty, clean and very modern.

I work across the street from The Lobby at Twelve, so its very close for me to go.The best thing I've eaten so far from there are the burgers.I love the burgers. The atmosphere is nice as well.I think a good place for a first date.

Slow, pathetic and rude are the first words that come to mind. I've been here about 3 times for various meeting engagements and each time I've been underwhelmed. One time, I was there with a party of about 15 people for breakfast. The place was deserted. It took 20 minutes to get orders taken and another 20 for coffee and juice to be served! I ended up leaving my money and leaving before ever ordering food because I had a work meeting to attend! I called for a reservation for a party of 12 (yes, I was actually going to try them again because it was convenient!) The person they put on the phone never greeted me with a "hello", barked her questions across the line and said, "ok, we'll see you then". She needs a HUGE dose of personality and about a month of hospitality/customer service training! That is one party that will not be attending Lobby for dinner!

The bar scene oozes with hipness on a weekend night. In the dining room, our waiter was attentive and had good product knowledge. Entrees were very good, but not great. Some of the veggie pairings did not work with the entrees. I would go for a double-serving of one of their unique salads next time.
