Lockridge Animal Hospital

We have been patients at Lockridge for the past seventeen years. We are extremely satisfied with the service and the level of care that our pets receive there.

Both of our cats have special medical needs. The Lockridge staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to their medical history and about the treatment of their conditions. They want to make sure that you understand about your pet’s health and about treatment options. They are always available for any questions or concerns that we may have.

In the summer of 2009, one of our cats was very sick with a urinary blockage. He needed to spend a night in the emergency room, and then he could be transferred to the intensive care unit at Lockridge. We were so relieved to have him in a place that could take good care of him while he was recovering. We were able to go and see him during visiting hours, which meant so much to us and to him. When we weren’t able to be there with him, it was comforting to know that people who cared about him were there to help him.

We care very much about the welfare of our cats. Lockridge Animal Hospital does as well. They always make us feel that we are more than just patients - we are part of their extended family.

have been taking my 3 cats there for over 15 years. Dr. McCammon has gone above and beyond any other vet I have ever had in taking care of my animals as if they were his own. The entire staff is compassionate, caring and above all, professional. Anyone who has said anything negative about this establishment obviously has false facts about their reputation. I would never take my animals anywhere else after having such great care and compassion for so many years

We've been taking our cats, and now four-month old puppy to Lockridge for over ten years, and wouldn't ever take our animal companions anywhere else. We tried a lot of vets in the area, and were highly disappointed with all of them until we found Lockridge. They are compassionate, warm, professional, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and supportive beyond belief. We feel incredibly lucky to have found them.
