2/12 Valentine's weekend. Mike Phillips performed. Pros: the concert. CONS: $300 for four (two couples) and received the most horrible service I have EVER experienced in my life. "VIP" seating was a cramped joke. After an hour of sitting in cramped conditions, had to get up and ask the hostess to get the table some water. 30 mins later, received THE WORST waiter in the universe: 4 trips to the table to get the salad dressing order correct, served a drink refill in the same there were glass because there were no more clean glasses, could not remember the orders that he "wrote down", 3 hour wait to get dinner entrees, were forced to accept alternatives because they "ran out" of many things, had to ask for champagne which was included the package, then he charged me $34 for it. Complained to Londzelle and he took the charge off.Dessert was frozen. Meanwhile, we watched a more "important guest" come in, get seated immediately, greeted by Londzelle and meals brought out before I was able to get the salad order. Obviously, my money was not as important as theirs!Kicker: The waiter really expected a tip but didn't get one and stated "Hope you enjoyed your evening at Londzelle's, thanks for nothing.

This was by far the worst club experience I have ever had! The service was horrible. For a martini bar they do not know ANYTHING about making martini's. My husband ordered just a basic clear martini. he almost threw-up when he sipped it because he said it was like they mixed olive juice and water!!! I smelled it for myself and he was correct! My martini was a watered down juicy juice. The food was horrible. The ribs were tough, the chicken bland and the rice was so spicy hot, I was forced to drink my watered down juicy juice martini!. The bad sucked but the DJ sucked worse. He played every line dance song there was. I was waiting on the riverdance music to start at any moment. Whew.....thanks for letting me vent. Do NOT waist your time or money. Buyer BEWARE

I went there 2 weeks ago and a friend of mine went this past weekend. Hats off to trying to make it work, but you've got a long ways to go. My food was cold, the drinks suck and service was very poor. I live in the neighborhood, therefore, I was really excited about the opportunity to hang somewhere close by. All I recieved was disappointment after disappointment. Anyway, good luck!

There should be a category lower than poor. At least poor means you tried. Everything about Londzell's was terrible. The service (we waited 45 minutes or more for everything that we ordered, the food (was cold and blawwww), the drinks (were watered down and overpriced). I would not recommend waisting your money there. When we expressed our concerns, we were just brushed aside.

I think I posted already under their previous address, but want to put a warning out to people to not waste their money and be disappointed the way I was! Drinks have no alcohol in them, food is HORRIBLE, not kidding, table cloth was dirty with food spills from previous diners, waiter was totally overwhelmed with his two tables, really food was inedible, we had to come home and make food after we left there, oh and music was too loud to converse. What a waste of 90 bucks and my opportunity to have a relaxing evening, gross all the way around. Oh and I forgot to mention how we were both sweating sitting there, they apparently don't want to run much air when it is 90 degrees outside. Gross.

Arrived there on 1/30/2010 around 7pm. Place was chilly like they were trying to save on heat. My wife had to wear a sweater under her coat to stay warm. After being seated with another couple, the waitress asked us if we wanted appetizers. We asked what she would recommend and she replied she never ate there because it was too expensive, so she left for a moment while we were still deciding. She came back and told us that the cook was not there and all they could offer was lobster shooters. The other couple with us had a coupon for Londzells from a 2010 Entertainment Book purchased through the local school. The waitress told us they would not honor it since there were new owners. We asked for a manager who never showed up, so after 15 minutes we decided any business who would do that to a local school did not deserve our business. We went to Aqua Blue which was nearby and had a great experience. In case the owners read this, we spent a couple of hundred dollars there on drinks and food. I will never go to this Londzells again. Whoever wrote the other glowing claims were probably the owners.
