Long's Shoes

BEWARE, Long's policy is to only issue a store credit on returns and not a refund when purchasing shoes on sale. I could understand that policy if the shoes were on clearance but not on sale items as shoes are always ""on sale"". This is not a common retail store practice. Very poor policy.
