Lost Dutchman Pools

I called Lost Dutchman Pools this morning on New Years Eve and was thrilled to hear that Melissa said she would be happy to come out. I was out of town and had a party planned for tonight. When I was gone my motor had burned out. Melissa was there within 2 hours of my call and replaced the motor herself. I was really impressed how good and quickly she did it. I was really impressed. She also cleaned my pool for me as a courtesy because I had a house to clean as well. Her rate was very reasonable. I will always call Melissa with Lost Dutchman Pools I am very happy with the fast and reliable service. Thank you so much again Melissa you saved my day today.

We chose Lost Dutchman due to the reviews here, but they fell quite a bit short for us. We had to tell them several times to clean the salt cell, add salt, and clean the spa. I was very up front with them stating I wanted them to take care of the entire pool. All I wanted to do was enjoy it. Anyway, all they did was reset the salt cell sensor and drain the spa a little. After letting them go due to a move, I found calcium completely clogging the salt cell. And the bottom of the spa has dirt embedded into the floor and drain cover. Melissa is always quick to answer the phone, but the end result was lacking for us. Hopefully this was just a one off for them...

I called Lost Dutchman Pools and Melissa came out and did my popup repair and acid wash. She came out right away and did such a great job I would recommend her to anyone. I was really impressed with how hard she worked and how reasonable the price was. My pool was filled with calcium. I got 3 other quotes and she was the best deal. I was also impressed that she was a girl with so much talent. I will always recommend Melissa and Lost Dutchman Pools. :)

A lot of work done for a fairly reasonable price. Timely? I didn't make it too easy for them, but overall we are pleased.

Lost Dutchman Pools, Melissa, Jake and crew are awesome! Upon moving to AZ this past January, we knew no one and absolutely zilch about taking care of our pool (our first one!). I researched A TON of pool companies, leaving email messages for them ALL! Melissa called w/in minutes of hitting the "send" button - that was very impressive. And we all know FIRST impressions are KEY! We made an appt and she was here the same day, the rest is history! It doesn't "break the bank" to have them take care of the pool every week! They're here every Monday morning like clockwork. They're knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. We've been told "no question is silly." We're comfortable knowing we can approach them with any questions and are not made to feel like we're "bothering" them while they work. The pool has needed repairs during the past 8mos-all of which Lost Dutchman has taken care of promptly & professionally. They take the time to explain how the pool operates, pointing out things we should know in the event there's an emergency, and we need to temporarily do something before they can get here. However,we know we can call them anytime, and they'll be here when we need them! They're a "diamond in the rough," and have made our lives much easier.
