I was impressed with the professional and respectful attitude the salespeople showed while they helped me pick out my new stereo system. I decided on an Alpine CD player with a plug-in for my iPhone, a power amp and a sub woofer box for my trunk. I was able to walk down the Santa Cruz garden mall and do some shopping while they put in the system. They did a great job on the installation and the system ROCKS! Thanks Lotts!

Avoid these guys! I purchased a nice set up from these guys; the salesman was very knowledgeable and helped me out quite a bit. I thought, what great customer service! Well, that night when I got home I found out that this system was a bit too much for my vehicle. The speakers were too big (I did measure but the grill on the speakers added width) and wouldn't fit and the amp could not be installed upside down as I was told it would... Well, I went back the next day...less than 24 hours to down size my set up so that it would work with my application. Mr. Lott proceeded to tell me that I am out of luck, in a very rude manner, and stuck with the system I bought...after 20 minutes of discussion he said let me work with you...I told him I wanted the smaller amp so it would fit along with the smaller speakers and would like to return the woofer, speakers and amp for the new set up. Well, I got a phone call today and they said they would do it but for a restocking fee of over $200.00. What a joke! I understand I signed the bottom line, but I was not shopping this system online I was merly downsizing the new system to fit my car restraints (size limitations and mounting locations)... Mr. Lott you have just sent one unhappy customer out the door...
