This con artist was paid entirely by my ex to write up a parenting evaluation. I was skeptical from all the negative reviews on-line, I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED! WARNING!! DON'T USE THIS MORON! You will very likely regret it. The report he produced was so unbelievably one sided and written with mistakes its almost unbelievable, and I have never committed a single crime, or did no violent behavior in my life. Non of my resources, facts or several witnesses used were ever even contacted in my case, Yet Loveland decided to give me a horrible review anyhow. It will take several more years and alot of money to fix the mess this scumbag causes for people...RUN WHILE YOU CAN!

This guy will take your money and then he makes a canned report that tries to please both sides, but lacks any real substance. He is Charleton. Stay away from this man. There are others in town who will do more thorough work, give you a better evaluation and cost less.

I have filed a Federal Court lawsuit against him Case# CV10-104-AA. First he violated AFCC guidelines and our original contract by appointing himself into dual evaluator / coordinator role. Then Parenting Plan he helped to draft violated Oregon Law (ORS 107.102) that says "a general parenting plan must set forth the minimum amount of parenting time and access a non-custodial parent is entitled to have". This allowed Dr.Loveland to step into judicial territory and by acting under a color of law, arbitrary decide how much parenting time non-custodial parent can have each week, what is the arrangements for the meetings (supervised / unsupervised). This was a total abuse of power and violation of Oregon State Law and AFCC guidelines: "E. A PC shall refrain from making decisions that would change legal custody and physical custody from one parent to the other or substantially change the parenting plan. Such major decisions are more properly within the scope of judicial authority." Title 42 United States Code Section 1983 states that citizens can sue in federal courts any person that acting under a color of law to deprive the citizens of their civil rights under the pretext of a regulation of a state. Anybody want to share his experience about Dr.Loveland, please contact me: winema_m@yahoo dot com P.S. User "k2uhf" who wrote a positive comment below is my ex-husband. I can tell you that later he also realized that it cost both of us thousands $$$ more than we ever expected.
