Absolutely Terrible
This is the worst Vet / Animal Clinic that I have ever used. My cat was acting funny and obviously not feeling well, so I took her in for a check up at Loving Hands. The service I received was terrible! They charged me hundreds of dollars (totaling ~$1200) to run all sorts of tests, including tests that I did not ask for which they tried to charge me for after I had gone to another Vet that quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem in only one visit. The staff was rude and they did not listen to what I had to say or what I asked of them. I will never visit this clinic again, and I suggest you avoid them at all costs or you may end up regretting it as I do.

Keep Driving! Not Worth The Convenient Location!
I've taken my two dogs to LH since '07 because they are right down the road, seemed to provide excellent care and had a nice facility. I was really happy with them the first year. Unfortunatley, they have really gone down hill and I have been paying for my stupidity by continuing to go there. I've finally realized my animals and money are too valuable to waste on this overpriced and insensitive office. I have never left paying less than $150. They always find something that needs looking into and for a hefty cost. They constantly wanted to run tests that always led to inconclusive results. The Dr's kept leaving, so I didn't feel that we ever had a "family vet". One Dr. left during a battery of testing and I had to explain to the new Dr. what we were testing for and had to constantly call for the results!
It is not worth the money, time sitting in the UNCOMFORTABLE exam rooms for long periods of time and merry-go-round of Doctors. There are other places to take your precious pets than this now sub-par office.

Dependable, honest, and VERY caring!
Loving Hands Animal Clinic is a place you can trust for you pet’s care. As a veterinary student who has spent time at many clinics, I strongly support the level of passion and commitment that LHAC gives to their clients and patients. Doctors at Loving Hands practice quality medicine with close attention to current diagnostic and treatment protocols and their nurses treat all patients with the care and respect they would give their own. Loving Hands supports preventative medicine and yearly wellness exams to catch disease early and emphasizes client communication throughout the practice to make sure you are a part of the decision making process in your pet’s medical care. The four doctors within the practice have special interests in different areas of medicine including behavior, internal medicine, alternative therapy, and avian/exotic care. They regularly exercise each other as resource to make sure your pet’s medical needs are met regardless of the problem or species. Digital x-ray equipment offers fast and clear pictures to figure out your pet’s problem, and modern surgery tools allow for common surgical procedures to be performed faster with fewer post-operative complications. Although Loving Hands is not the least expensive practice in the area, you can be confident your pet is getting the proper testing, treatment, and handling care you are paying for. If you are new to the area and are looking for a practice to start a relationship with, you can trust Loving Hands.

Very Loving Hands
I just want to say that if it wasn't for Dr. Joanne Roesner and her staff my cat would not be here today. He broke his hip & she was able to perform a surgery that alot of other vets would have referred to a specialty hospital. She and her staff managed his pain throughout the ordeal & helped him through physical therapy. Now, months later my cat is back to his old self and has no problem jumping up on beds or climbing stairs. He is happy and healthy and good as new. Also, the price of the surgery was alot hundreds less than other hospitals. Many thanks to the entire staff. I tell all my friends to visit them for all their petcare needs!!
