Amazing Recovery, 6/28/2011

Our vet, Ansley clinic recommended loving Touch when our little sweet natured bichon was in terrible SCREAMING pain from pulling a muscle! We think she may have taken a fall from the arm of a sofa... while we were out. Dr. Charla was wonderful! She performed a series of gentle accupuncture treatments which gave us our happy girl back! While it is expensive... it was well worth it! Highly recommended! The entire staff is caring and friendly.

Don't go here, 2/06/2011

Don't waste your money or your animal's health by going here. They charge for services they don't perform, and they charge (as of 2011) $370 for a spay, $370 for a dental, and god knows how much to... "transport" your pet from this location to their St. Mountain location. They also charged us $30 for treating our cat's ear mites and $30 for Acarexx ear mite take-home treatment. They didn't even clean her ears; they didn't treat her for ear mites, and they didn't give us the Acarexx. So unprofessional and fraudalent billing, to boot. Go elsewhere if you value your pet. They don't even answer the phone; you have to call repeatedly to get someone to return your call. And they enlist the receptionists as faux vet techs. Don't make the mistake we did; go to a reputable, professional vet b/c these guys are neither.

Physical Therapy

My vet recommended Loving Touch for physical therapy after my terrier's ACL surgery (his 2nd knee surgery). Elizabeth saw him after his splint and stitches were removed and set up a personal therapy program for him. He was in once a week for a water treadmill session and to check his progress and we followed her recommended exercise program at home. At 12 weeks post surgery, he's at 90% of where he was before he tore the ACL. Much better than the last surgery (no PT) when he was inactive for 12 weeks. Elizabeth and the staff are wonderful (my dog loves them) and I was very impressed with the therapy program. I highly recommend!
