Lowe's

Have been to this location several times since it is close to me, but just about had enough of the poor customer service. The floor reps might ask if you need help, but then act upset that you're wasting their time. Today spent 20 minutes at the paint counter with no one in line waiting on 1 gallon of paint. Had to ask for service 4 times, was ignored by 3 floor reps and the manager. Tried to make a complaint at the customer service counter, but no one cared.

I’ve been to this Lowes at least three times searching for a heater that would heat 1000 sq ft room. The gentlemen that worked in that department each time I came could not answer my question about the different heaters they sold. They had extremely good prices but I wasn’t going to buy one if it didn’t meet my needs. I wish Lowes would train their reps so that they would be better prepared for simple questions. I ended up buying an EdenPure Heater off the internet for $347.00. Lowes had less expensive heaters but I couldn't take the chance.
