Ordered several kitchen appliances from this store. One of the products was defective. The store received the new product several weeks after the original was reported defective. Because some employee put the wrong notes under the wrong customer file, neither this store or Lowe's customer service can figure out how to get the new product to me for installation. Customer service gave me a strong message that they really don't care about my issue. I will shop elsewhere in the future.

the 2 black employees that waited on a customer in the hardware dept that seemed not to know anything about changing the position of a new door knob cylinder so the keys will be in the correct position,,,as one black employee said we have never heard of this,,and since they,,dont know the dept can do this and since they dont know how to or who to ask to do this,,this lack of knowledge must be because no one has trained them to know of such,,,,

pushy salesmen wanting the contract signed, ignorant telephone project center personnel, infallible product, delivery of materials screwed up, couldn't order the right merchandise...need i say more. forget depot too. shop the smaller companies. you are better off.
