I had gone to Lulu's for a pre-bachelorette get together last September. There were about 7 or 8 of us there. We brought wine and hung out for a couple of hours. It was a pretty good experience. I am getting married this fall and wanted to book 4 appointments for manis/pedis w/ my bridesmaids. I called Lulu's to book and just as we were finishing up I was told there would be a $75 charge for booking a group. HUH? Mind you this is for a Friday morning - we didn't want the place shut down, we just wanted 4 manis/pedis. I cancelled the appointment and will not return again.

Best nail salon I have found in SD. I emailed for an appointment after learning that they use my fav. polish- Essie and I received immediate response and follow up. Keri was delightful and accomidated me that same day. She helped me pick out a polish and I love that you cannot smell chemicals because they are an all natural nail salon. I especially appreciated that they offer a wide variety of pedi and mani choices from express to essential to luxury to ultra luxury special pedi of the month for an extra treat. The milk and honey for April and May sounds wonderful and I can't wait to try it. Fuma was great and she paid special attention to detail. I went in with dry cuticles and left looking and feeling fabulous. The chilled green tea was great too. So if you have little time or extra time for pampering and relaxation, Lulu's is the place to be. I can't say enough about it and I will be bringing my friends back with me. Thank you Keri and Fuma for your great service. I love a great place with quality products and the best service.
