Initially the first time I went and had Kenny. He was friendly and did great work and I was pleased. I had a girl do them who would literally stop doing my nails to text on her phone. She was rude and unprofessional. Less than 48 hours after my nails were done they were ripping and tearing my real nails. I called and spoke with Kenny and told him I did not want to deal with the rude girl anymore. But as soon as I got there, I had to deal with her. They both ended up walking off and leaving me standing there! So was I supposed to leave or wait? Were they going to fix them? I didn't know what to do ... They just walked off. So I asked her. She pointed her finger at me and abruptly snapped "uh, you need to just give us a minute!" Seriously? You could have just simply told me, in a nice tone. She did tell me that she could "glue the tear". I could have glued the tear at home and not wasted 60 miles in gas. Long story short, they did not stand behind their work or fix my nails.

I went with a friend and i loved it almost instantly! I have already recommended it to many of my own friends. I enjoy the atmosphere and the people working there. They care about their costumers and the quality of their work.
