I measured my rooms myself and told them how many boxes of the flooring that I needed. Then they went on and on about how I needed more boxes because I'd run short. They insisted that I purchase 5 extra boxes of flooring. Well, guess what?? I have 5 unopened boxes left over. I measured correctly and their "professionals" were either math RETARDS or this is just how they push extra inventory. Then they wouldn't take UNOPENED boxes back. I had even asked when I made my purchase if they'd take back the boxes because I KNEW it was too much flooring. They said that they would even though they have signs that state that they don't accept returns. Bottom line: don't listen to their salesmen. They'll lie and tell you anything to make the sale. Don't trust their measurements and calculations either.

I saw an add for Lumber Liquidators and was in the market for new floors, picked up a sample and was debating about the cost. I contacted another company and got a quote from them. To my suprise the second quote was the same for a far less quality product. It was a no brainer Lumber Liquidators and their recommended installers Precision Flooring. Top notch from start to finish. Great people and great product. Flooring looks fantastic and wears well. Highly recommend both companies.

We purchased Grade 1 Heart Pine 5" solid wood flooring and found it to be easy to install. The only problem was that each end had to be squared off to fit; but the floor is beautiful.
